Amanda Montague
Amanda has over 20 years knowledge, skills and management experience in the
Public, ITP and FE sector. She has developed and managed apprenticeships from all angles; as a business, training provider, consultant, policy and senior manager for the Skills Funding Agency. Her work includes
industry, training providers and colleges securing private sector investment
in workforce development and she is passionate about delivering quality. Amanda has worked in the public and private sector across all aspects of implementing funding policy, advising and supporting organisations in the delivery of post 16 skills, apprenticeships and education using funding from a range of sources including SFA, DWP, Big Lottery, European and private sector. Has a thorough understanding of UK Government skills strategic priorities and policy.

Ann-Marie is a trained project manager and has over 20 years of experience in business
development, skills, leadership and bid design and development within the public, charity and private sectors.
She has specialised in unemployment and skills policy, for marginalised groups and held senior positions in funding agencies, private sector training and welfare to work providers. Securing over £27 million in the past five years to help FE and private organisations sustain delivery in an increasingly competitive market through robust employer engagement strategies
to help educators close skills gaps. Most recently in STE(A)M sectors developed new delivery models of traditional courses.
She has in-depth knowledge of managing change, having successfully taken many
organisations through the process from insecurity to growth and helped them refocus their businesses to operate in emerging markets.
